There are four main spaces downstairs:

The airy & light sunroom, great for relaxation, private chats & taking in the woodland views,

The spacious dining & drawing room, an open plan, beautiful space seating up to 30 people comfortably around 3 large tables or up to 55 people in a T-shape formal meal setting,

The cosy library, ideal for board games, small team sessions, diary writing and set up as a bar for weddings or large social events for more than 50 people, leading into our biggest room:

The spacious ballroom, a multi functional space as an assembly room, table tennis & pool games room or bad weather activity space.
