Bed & Breakfast rates per person per night

22 - 30 people - £35.00           15 - 22 people - £40.00           12 - 15 people - £45.00           11 or less people - £50.00

For guaranteed exclusive use, our minimum group size is 12.
Children under the age of 12 are half price, toddlers under the age of 3 stay and sleep for free.

Lunch/Dinner 

Dinner includes a delicious, two-course, home cooked meal. Discussions regarding menus take place when a booking is made, and we are more than happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. (£10-£15 per person)

Lunches and Packed Lunches are also both available for both residential stays and day hire. (£4-£10 per person)

3 night Weekend Stays - fully catered - Dinner (2 course), B&B, Lunch (packed?) x3

22 - 30 people - £139        15 - 22 people - £149          12 - 15 people - £159         11 or less people - £169

If you want to eat out at any of those days, take away £8 per lunch and £12 per dinner.

Activities Depending on the activity (e.g. archery competition, raft building race, tree climbing, abseiling, mountain biking) between £15 and £45 per person per activity. Please get in touch via email or telephone to find out exact prices for your group.
