During those last two years at school, Sixth formers are expected to act as leaders, sustain high standards of behaviour, team and individual discipline. A levels and many exams are awaiting students during those months - what a better time then now, to take them out of the pressured school environment, offering all sixth formers an alternative route to experieince achievement and success on an individual level and as a team.

As a Management Training and Corporate Teambuilding company, BECKs Training is ideally equipped to design and facilitate leadership courses for older students on the brink of entering life at university. Being a Sixth Former is not just about exam results. In fact, we strongly believe that some of the most important skills that sixth formers learn are developed through engagement in challenging activities beyond the academic curriculum.

Our teambuilding and leadership tasks focus on effective communication under time pressure, solving complex problems as a team with versatile strengths and weaknesses and dealing with unfamiliar scenarios in an alien environment swiftly, responsibly and efficiently.
